Job summary

Living in a Bubble is hiring a Senior Customer Service and Phone Specialist to be the voice on calls and the trusted advisor for customers buying premium campervan accessories. The role blends phone calls, emails, chats and social messages, with a focus on accurate information, warm tone and solid product knowledge.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with the co-founder, and supporting customers mainly from Australia and the US.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English, easily understood by Australian and US customers.
• Excellent written English; you will write as much as you speak.
• At least 3 years in a phone-based customer service or sales role as your main job.
• Track record of phone sales or retention against a target.
• High attention to detail and quick learning of technical products.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and voicemails quickly (within 5 minutes during business hours).
• Assist customers to determine if products fit their van using the fitment guide; ask questions and provide confident answers.
• Take orders over the phone and follow up quotes; explain products and installation.
• Reply to emails, chat and social messages in a warm, plain, personal tone; manage order updates and delivery issues within policy.
• Keep SOPs and templates up to date; identify recurring problems and push for fixes.
• Track response times, customer satisfaction and phone orders; provide weekly updates to the co-founder.
