This fully remote role suits startups seeking hands-on operators who write clearly and deliver with evidence. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure smooth handoffs between registrar, dev team, and marketing platforms, and maintain structured daily reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project coordination, or executive operations at a startup or lean company.
• Excellent written English. Most of your output is written: memos, reports, vendor emails.
• Full availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET; aligned with CET window.
• Written-first discipline. Work lives in a task manager (Asana).
• Evidence habit. Done means shown; links, screenshots, confirmations.
• Loop-closing instinct: track open items until externally confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Vendor research and memos with options, comparisons, and justification.
• Vendor and partner coordination across booking-engine, payment providers, phone system, and support partners; maintain thread continuity.
• Domain and DNS coordination between registrar and development team.
• App store administration: developer accounts, registrations, and verification requirements.
• Email marketing operations: flows, segmentation, and implementation; plumbing handled by you.
• Contract and hiring admin: engagement paperwork, brand assets, and vendor management.
• Quality assurance passes on member-facing builds and site testing.
• Daily end-of-day written report with links or screenshots to support claims.
