Penbrothers is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to provide advanced monitoring, triage, and runbook execution for our client's hosted environments. You will act as a senior technical resource, guiding incident response and mentoring junior team members.

This role emphasizes incident coordination, KPI reporting, and process improvement, with a focus on reducing noise, improving alert tuning, and ensuring clear ownership during outages.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year or 4-year post-secondary education.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT/Cloud operations, monitoring, incident response, or related roles.
• Strong English communication and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hosted environments and manage alerts with sound operational judgment.
• Coordinate incidents across NOC, Support, and Cloud Engineering; maintain timelines and ownership.
• Own and review runbooks; coach junior engineers and improve documentation.
