Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to provide advanced monitoring, triage, and runbook execution for client-hosted environments. The role will coordinate incidents across NOC, Support, and Cloud Engineering, while coaching less senior staff and contributing to KPI reporting and incident trend analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT operations, excellent English communication, and a solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and escalation workflows in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Two-year or four-year post-secondary education completed.
• 3–5 years of IT operations, cloud operations, or similar experience.
• Strong English communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hosted environments, dashboards, health indicators, and alert queues.
• Lead triage for high-priority alerts and recurring issues.
• Coordinate incidents across NOC, Support, and Cloud Engineering.
• Execute and improve runbooks; coach junior NOC staff.
