Job summary

Penbrothers International seeks a NOC Engineer to monitor Keyfactor hosted environments and triage alerts. You will create and route tickets, coordinate escalations, and support a dedicated operational layer working with Support and Cloud Engineering.

Responsibilities include incident triage, runbook execution, and maintenance window monitoring. The role emphasizes clear communication, timely responses, and KPI-driven reporting in a hybrid work model with onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized two-year or four-year post-secondary education program is required.
• Strong English communication skills for verbal discussions and technical documentation.
• 2–3 years of related experience in IT operations, cloud operations, or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, alerting workflows, OSes, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing or CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hosted environments, dashboards, service health indicators, and alerting systems.
• Perform initial alert analysis to determine severity, impact, and escalation requirements.
• Coordinate with Support and Cloud Engineering for customer communications or investigations.
• Execute approved runbooks for low to moderate issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain incident tickets with summaries, timelines, and escalation notes.
• Monitor environments during maintenance windows and document actions.
