Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a technically strong Team Lead to head our Philippines-based NOC team. This hands-on leadership role combines workload and technical duties, setting standards by doing.

You will be the senior technical presence on shift and the local contact for the Head of NOC in the UK. If you prefer keyboard work to meetings and want to lead while staying hands-on, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Senior or lead capacity—shift lead, technical lead, or team lead.
• Hands-on with critical network and Linux infrastructure.
• Experience in financial services, MSP, or co-location environments.
• Familiarity with trading infrastructure and market session awareness.
• ITIL knowledge or demonstrated practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines shift, manage workload, queues, and team performance.
• Act as senior escalation point for P1/P2 incidents to resolution.
• Enforce NOC standards and change discipline with clear updates.
• Own shift handover and ensure documented next steps.
• Mentor engineers and support onboarding programs; contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Escalate with clear summaries to Head of NOC.
