PeoplePartners is hiring an AU Mortgage Senior End-to-End Credit Analyst to own the full lending journey—from initial scenario to settlement—for Australian mortgage clients. The role is remote and offers day-to-day autonomy to manage risk, assess income scenarios, and liaise with brokers and lenders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in credit analysis within mortgage environments, strong policy knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst or end-to-end Loan Processor in mortgage broking, banking, credit assessment, or related lending environment.
• Experience managing mortgage lending files independently and end to end.
• Strong knowledge of lender credit policies and serviceability.
• Experience assessing PAYG, self-employed, and complex income scenarios.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet credit policy and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and progress files without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial client scenario through to settlement.
• Assess serviceability, borrowing capacity, liabilities, credit profiles, and financial position.
• Assess PAYG, self-employed, and complex income scenarios.
• Interpret payslips, tax returns, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Match client objectives with lender policies and loan structures.
• Identify suitable lenders, including non-bank and specialist lending options.
• Prepare and lodge accurate, policy-aligned credit submissions.
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage outstanding conditions, lender follow-ups, milestones, and settlement requirements.
• Ensure files meet lender credit policy and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, records, and updates.
• Identify and elevate risks early and manage multiple applications independently.
