Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and broker support processes.
• Strong administration and document management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Download, cross-check, rename and file client documents.
• Enter and maintain client and document information in MyCRM.
• Review documentation against compliance requirements.
• Redact sensitive information (TFNs, government numbers).
• Identify missing documents and follow up with customers.
• Keep brokers updated on progress via Trello board.
• Assist with lender pricing and valuation requests.
• Maintain organized loan files and comply with processes.
