Acxelsus invites a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will bring advanced expertise across virtualization, storage, operating systems, and cloud platforms, acting as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and leading technical delivery.

You will own root cause analyses, craft architecture runbooks, mentor junior engineers, and drive automation to improve reliability while maintaining a ~70% billable utilization target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6–10 years in enterprise IT infra.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, OS, and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication.
• Ability to own incidents and drive resolution end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own complex infrastructure incidents from detection to resolution and post-incident review.
• Lead critical incidents with multi-team coordination.
• Make technical decisions and take end-to-end ownership.
• Lead infrastructure projects from scoping to implementation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Validate designs, changes, and remediation strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and document architectures.
• Design automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support change management and project planning.
• Track time and maintain ~70% billable utilization.
