Job summary

Acxelsus in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Citrix Infrastructure Engineer for a Managed Services provider. The role focuses on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) / DaaS, with deep VMware and Cisco UCS expertise.

The ideal candidate will manage and troubleshoot enterprise Citrix environments, contribute to automation and documentation, and drive incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure with strong Citrix hands‑on background.
• Proven ability to design, implement and troubleshoot complex infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize CVAD/ DaaS environments including controllers, StoreFront, and VDAs.
• Own and resolve complex Citrix and infrastructure incidents from initial investigation to post‑incident review.
• Lead root cause analysis and contribute to automation and preventive maintenance.
