Job summary

Axos Business Center, Corp is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, automation, and platform reliability. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and hosting teams to evolve pipelines, runtimes, and environments while maintaining security and monitoring standards.

You will own deployment strategies, mentor junior engineers, and drive follow‑the‑sun operations across regions, ensuring high availability and scalability of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience with DevOps principles and automation across the full software delivery lifecycle
• Experience designing, building, and supporting production‑grade systems in cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience working in distributed or global teams across time zones
• Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Docker, Terraform, Ansible, SCCM, LanDesk, and Packer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and tooling to meet evolving requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues from DevOps tools and platforms
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to design and evolve pipelines, platforms, and environments
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines adhere to deployment standards, security controls, and monitoring guidelines
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient application platforms with a developer‑first mindset
• Take ownership of deployment strategies and platform reliability
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and runtime environments
• Participate in follow‑the‑sun operations for platform stability across multiple regions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices and continuous learning
• Work with cross‑functional teams to achieve high collaboration and coordination
• Ensure platform stability and operational continuity across regions
