Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Operations and DevOps Platform Lead to own cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will lead complex technical work across virtualization, backup, and storage, driving automation and reliability, with end-to-end ownership of critical issues.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, deep technical depth, and a practical automation mindset, with a focus on uptime, performance, and scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in managing cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Strong automation mindset with scripting across PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, Hyper‑V, Windows/Linux servers, storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and improvement of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Administer VMware and Hyper‑V environments and storage platforms.
• Manage backup, replication, recovery, and DR services.
• Support Windows and Linux servers, and automation development.
• Define standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Drive DevOps practices across deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for critical issues.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle activities.
• Mentor team members and support business-continuity planning.
