Job summary

Penbrothers International is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead end-to-end accounting for a growing SaaS business. You will ensure US GAAP compliance, oversee AP/AR, and drive accurate monthly close using NetSuite, while mentoring a small accounting team.

This role reports to the VP of Finance and Accounting and requires a CPA, 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, and strong leadership. Remote work from the Philippines with a need to align with Central Time hours.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven leadership managing accounting teams.
• Exposure to SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for a SaaS business.
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage AP/AR functions and control processes.
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance across all financial activities.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff and collaborate with Finance leadership.
