Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to lead the end-to-end accounting operations for a growing SaaS business. You will own month-end close, AP/AR, and U.S. GAAP reporting while guiding a small team and leveraging NetSuite as the core system.

Collaborate with Finance leadership to ensure accurate records and timely reporting, and drive process improvements. Remote role with work hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time; CPA and 10–15 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Proven track record in month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for a SaaS business.
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations and close processes.
• Manage AP/AR and ensure accurate financial records.
