Job summary

Trident Corporation is assisting a client in real estate investment management to hire a Senior Accounting Manager. You will own full-cycle accounting across multiple park entities in NetSuite, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting and strong controls.

The role is fully remote, requires US time-zone alignment, a hands-on approach, and collaboration with leadership and park operations to streamline processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive scalable financial operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite (GL, reconciliations, bill entry, journal workflows).
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience with ownership of month-end close.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience reconciling revenue and cash across multiple systems (Stripe, PM platforms).
• Strong internal controls and cash management experience.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivot needs and reconciliations.
• Experience managing multiple entities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close for each park/entity and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and schedules.
• Support audit and tax requests with documentation.
• Manage revenue accounting for rent charges and associated entries.
• Oversee payables, disbursements, and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with park managers to resolve transaction classifications.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
