Job summary

D2b is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to own the full finance function offshore from the Philippines. You will drive quarterly and long-range forecasting, support strategic planning, and act as a commercial partner to Australian leadership.

This role covers revenue, cost and resource forecasting across energy infrastructure projects, plus integration between Procore and Xero, with scope to grow into Finance Manager / Head of Finance as the business scales.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification.
• 7–12 years in management accounting in construction or project-based business.
• At least 3 years experience with Xero.
• Strong ability to produce board-level reports with narrative insights.
• Excellent English communication to Australian leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Own quarterly forecasting and 12/24 month rolling forecasts.
• Build revenue, cost and resource forecasts per project.
• Manage Procore–Xero integration and data governance.
• Support strategic planning and board reporting.
