Job summary

D2B in Manila is seeking a motivated finance professional to support day-to-day accounting, data entry, and reconciliations. The role requires strong Excel skills, thorough accuracy, and experience with Xero and Syft Analytics to consolidate financials.

You will manage general ledger reconciliations, fixed asset registers, cashflow forecasts, and liaise with vendors and the refinancing team. Remote work is available; the position is full-time across an expanding group of companies.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in accounting or related field.
• Experience in reporting and reconciling ledgers.
• Strong Excel and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting support and data processing.
• Process property transactions from Xero bank dashboards.
• Support system implementations (Property Management System) and test for accurate financial reporting.
• Create and maintain monthly General Ledger reconciliations.
• Create and maintain Fixed Asset Registers for each business unit.
• Liaise with vendors and prepare supplier account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in board meetings with explanations of key events.
• Provide daily cashflow forecasts for division bank accounts.
• Perform fact checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with tax compliance.
