Job summary

FindJobIT is seeking a Senior Email Marketing & Analytics specialist to own the email channel for a US tax technology company. You will oversee campaign planning, audience selection, deployment, analysis and optimization from home, collaborating with marketing, data, product, design and tech teams.

You will build segments, automated journeys and reporting, ensuring high deliverability and revenue attribution while writing effective copy and testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing, analytics and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with email platforms and segmentation.
• Strong deliverability knowledge and revenue attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign execution and post-send analysis.
• Build and refine segments from behavioral and demographic data.
• Develop automated journeys and optimize triggers and timing.
• Analyze metrics and recommend actions to improve revenue.
• Protect deliverability and maintain list hygiene.
• Craft subject lines, copy, layouts and graphics.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and apply findings.
• Build reports linking email activity to revenue.
