Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives and support our broader digital marketing efforts.

This role focuses on campaign creation, automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimization while leveraging SEO and social media to grow leads. The ideal candidate excels in data-driven decision making, uses marketing automation platforms, manages content with WordPress, and coordinates with the sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing email campaigns, automations, and lead nurturing.
• Strong knowledge of email strategy, deliverability, testing, and analytics.
• Hands-on with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, or similar.
• Experience with outreach tools (Snov.io, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic SEO practices.
• Experience with social platforms (IG, X, YouTube, TikTok) for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead email marketing initiatives and support broader digital comms.
• Develop segmented lead databases and execute outbound campaigns.
• Monitor open/click metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for outreach activities.
• Create content for websites to drive leads and traffic.
• Maintain website content, track traffic, and report KPIs.
• Support CSR activities and event-related campaigns.
• Handle new projects and related marketing tasks as needed.
