Qualifications

• Experience working with SMEs, startups and fast paced setups in Singapore market.
• Exposure to different cultures as Sleek clients come from around the world.
• Ability to resolve issues by collaborating internally and externally.
• Proactive in taking up new projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Achieve renewal rate targets on a monthly basis and CSAT targets.
• Investigate customer journeys and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive renewals.
• Meet cash collection targets through renewals, upsell and upgrades.
• Maintain visibility into your pipeline with data-driven tracking to hit monthly targets.
• Collaborate with accounting, corporate secretary, product and data teams to improve renewal processes.
