Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success with customer-facing duties.
• Experience working with SMEs and fast-paced environments in Singapore.
• Ability to resolve issues by collaborating across teams; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal and CSAT targets.
• Investigate end-to-end customer interactions to drive resolution and retention.
• Hit monthly cash collection targets through renewals, upsell and upgrades.
• Maintain and track own pipeline with data-driven approach.
