Requirements include 8+ years in renewals or CS roles, excellent English communication, and a proven track record in data-driven pipeline management and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Renewals or Customer Success management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve renewal rates for Australian client base.
• Work cross-functionally with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to resolve issues.
• Drive monthly cash collection targets via renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Manage the customer book of business and pipeline with data-driven CRM usage.
• Share best practices with the wider CS team and contribute to process improvements.
