Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist the company Controller with accounting tasks, review bookkeeper work, and lead a small team. The role emphasizes high-level analysis, reporting, and data interpretation for a construction/shine-focused portfolio, while ensuring clean client financials.

You will work with QuickBooks Online, review WIP and project costs, and drive weekly/monthly processes. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with emphasis on financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition
• Experience leading a team of bookkeepers and coordinating close processes

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level accounting support to clients and oversee monthly closes
• Manage WIP reporting, job costing, and project profitability analyses
• Review invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of the balance sheet
• Lead a team of bookkeepers and coordinate with project teams
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close and closeout documentation
• Communicate effectively with vendors and clients in English
