Job summary

Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant with a construction accounting background. The role focuses on job costing, WIP tracking, and accurate monthly closes, coordinating with a CPA and internal teams.

The candidate will manage AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and prepare cash flow and project budgets, while supporting forecasting and budgeting efforts. Onsite work preferred, with overlap to U.S. Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction or cost accounting.
• Prior experience with job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion methods.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks; knowledge of Xero and PM systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage job costing, WIP tracking, and monthly close.
• Handle AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow, and project budgets.
• Manage progress billing and AIA-style draw requests.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and CPA.
• Support forecasting and budget-versus-actual reporting.
