This standalone role suits someone who delivers accurate outcomes, manages payroll, reconciliations, and month-end with minimal supervision, and thrives in a remote, autonomous setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure payroll compliance, handle AP/AR, intercompany activity, and support audits.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualified.
• At least 3 years of accounting, payroll, or finance operations experience.
• Experience supporting Australian accounting or payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees with accuracy.
• Process supplier invoices and payment batches; reconcile statements.
• Perform bank, intercompany, and month-end reconciliations.
• Support audits and finance documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation with cross-functional teams.
