Infosys BPM Limited Philippine Branch is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage assigned accounts, pursue timely payments, and maintain accurate records in a hybrid office setting in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will contact customers via phone and email, investigate discrepancies, collaborate with Sales and Billing, and prepare aging analyses and regular collection reports.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of AR experience, a degree in Business Management or Accounting, and

Competenze

• Graduate of any related degree, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Minimum of 36 months of hands-on experience in an Accounts Receivable role or a related domain.
• With no issues and able to report to a hybrid work setup. Candidates residing near our offices in Alabang, Muntinlupa will have an advantage.
• No issues with schedule or shifts; flexible with morning shifts and willing to work on holidays and weekends as necessary.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments and billing including account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, billing) to resolve issues affecting payment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection status and aging analysis.
• Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when necessary.
