Qualifications

• At least 5 years of solid experience as an Accountant with a focus on Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and learning agility; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounts payable for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy.
• Process payments on time in accordance with policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with departments to gather required approvals and documentation.
• Own and review employee expense reports and reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end close and bank reconciliations per US GAAP.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Drive process improvements and participate in system changes.
