Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and solid US accounting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end accounting and GAAP.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, ADP, and Gusto preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and 13-week cash flow forecasting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end accounting for 3-4 client accounts.
• Perform full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close.
• Maintain full-accrual accounting and organized financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements for clear decision-making.
• Organize COA with revenue and COGS categorization.
• Handle inventory accounting (FIFO, weighted-average).
• Monitor financial metrics and cash flow forecasting.
• Process payroll transactions across ADP/Gusto.
• Assist with sales tax tasks and 1099 reporting.
• Drive monthly close with Controller support.
• Communicate with clients via email/chat, some calls.
