Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Revenue & Billing Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial reporting. This remote role focuses on US GAAP-compliant processes, invoicing customers, managing accounts receivable, and assisting month-end close within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will collaborate with U.S.-based teams, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and contribute to process improvements while enjoying flexible work arrangements and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience supporting multiple accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with customer billing, accounts receivable, month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based accounting operations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Sage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations including billing and AR.
• Assist month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts payable.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop routines to improve billing, reporting, and cash flow processes.
