Qualifications

• Hospitality, concierge, or client services experience is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts.
• Strong Excel and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end across U.S.-based accounts.
• Ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant teams.
• Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot.
