Qualificações

Experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, speed-to-lead, or appointment setting.
Strong understanding of speed-to-lead practices and prompt response to inquiries.
High-energy, goal-oriented and results-driven with a drive to meet targets.
Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls and follow-ups.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

Generate new leads through prospect research, cold calling, and proactive outbound outreach.
Respond rapidly to new inbound leads to maximize contact rates and conversions.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and readiness to move forward.
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, lead status, and outcomes.
Track sales activities to meet targets and KPIs.
