Job summary

RemoFirst is a global HR platform that helps companies hire and manage teams across borders. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to fuel our hyper-growth by generating new business and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

You will prospect in English and Spanish, research target accounts, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive demos and closes. This is a 100% remote role with international scope and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of SDR-related experience in software.
• Experience in international HR/payroll/global mobility is a plus.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours 9 A.M - 5 P.M

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Work with Outbound Manager to identify target accounts among international expanding businesses using Apollo.
• Conduct outbound prospecting in English and Spanish via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos and brief prospects before handover.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and report progress against targets.
