Job summary

Carepatron, a remote-first healthcare software company, is seeking an SDR to drive outbound growth. You will identify and engage high-value behavioral health prospects worldwide, build the outbound motion from the ground up, and craft messaging that yields high-quality opportunities for Account Executives and the Head of Sales.

You will test channels, refine messaging, and develop ICP insights while collaborating closely with AEs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong listening skills and curiosity.
• High resilience and ability to iterate quickly.
• Comfort building workflows from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound prospecting strategies across calls, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and events.
• Develop and refine the SDR playbook — cadences, talk tracks, ICP insights, and success metrics.
• Research target accounts and personas to deliver personalized, value-led outreach.
• Manage nurture sequences to warm cold leads and re-activate conversations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Head of Sales for seamless opportunity handoff.
• Track, measure, and optimise conversion rates across outbound campaigns.
