Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the Care Coordination team with day-to-day administrative tasks, enabling Care Coordinators to focus on clinical decisions and client care.

You will be the first point of contact when coordinators are unavailable, manage client inquiries, maintain records, and help with scheduling, documentation, and compliance under a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in administrative, customer service, or coordination roles, preferably in healthcare or aged care.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Record all correspondence in client files accurately.
• Manage feedback, appointments, and service requests, including quotes and third-party coordination.
• Maintain electronic filing and client portals, update information.
• Audit onboarding files for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide coverage for non-clinical tasks during team absences.
