Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant for a fully remote, independent contractor engagement. You will help build and enhance the client’s Salesforce platform, focusing on debugging, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work with the AU business hours and manage tasks via Jira, applying best practices in declarative Salesforce tooling, with light Apex/LWC as needed. Strong communication and 5+ years in Salesforce roles are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven Salesforce support/consultant experience.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills; able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for platform enhancements and fixes.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolve Salesforce issues.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Deliver solutions using declarative Salesforce tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Permissions).
• Undertake light Apex and customization as needed.
• Support and troubleshoot system integrations.
• Manage workload using Jira.
• Document fixes and best practices.
