Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Developer to own our Salesforce platform end-to-end across Australian and US orgs. You will design, build, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions while working with Data Engineering and business teams to deliver reliable, well-tested features.

The role requires hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder, plus strong admin fundamentals and ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/administration experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and the Salesforce security model.

Responsibilities

• Design and build declarative automation using Flow Builder and programmatic solutions in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Own lead scoring and automated routing in Flow; evolve it as business changes.
• Create and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts and Lightning pages across Sales/Service Cloud.
• Write Apex unit tests and manage releases via Salesforce CLI and sandboxes.
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware.
• Monitor platform health, security settings and upcoming Salesforce release changes.
