Job summary

PM Consulting seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer on a contract basis with potential for absorption.

The role focuses on designing scalable CRM solutions, delivering system enhancements, and supporting integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CRM development, strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC, and familiarity with Agile and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM development, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Experience with system integration, API development, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/CRM solutions from technical design through testing.
• Handle complex user stories, enhancements, and change requests within Agile sprint cycles.
• Conduct technical analysis, solution design, and effort estimation for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code following Salesforce and development best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms using APIs and web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
