Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, training or sales.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of targets and customer satisfaction.
• Develop training programs to enhance client sales knowledge across sales motions.
• Analyze data and trends to craft strategic sales plays and best practices.
• Oversee delivery and quality of training and track effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with team to improve sales systems and maintain client relationships.
