Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3 PM PST (10 PM – 6 AM, Manila Time)

• We are seeking a results-oriented Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to support, manage and scale our sales operations. Positioned as a TL-Track agent, this role has the opportunity to transition into a full Team Leader role upon vacancy or expansion.

• The Assistant Team Leader role is designed for a strategic leader who balances high-level team management with active participation in the sales cycle. The successful candidate will help the Team Lead oversee team performance, ensure strict adherence to company policies, and collaborate with management teams to streamline processes and ensure that team goals align with organizational objectives.

Haulla is a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs that operates in major U.S. markets including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, and Chicago — with plans for further expansion across North America. We help small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. find better, more affordable waste solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Agent, deliver value-based outbound sales—from lead generation to closing to exceed monthly targets.

• Monitor real-time KPIs and team performance to ensure high standards are consistently met.

• Provide structured mentorship and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their consultative selling skills.

• Analyze performance data and collaborate across teams (QA, Management, Leadership) to optimize workflows and resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years in the sales industry with at least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Native-level English fluency with the ability to liaise effectively with international clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making; ability to interpret CRM data to drive team strategy.

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high organizational standards.

Work Requirements

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer meeting modern performance standards.

• A dedicated, quiet professional workspace.

• A high-quality noise-cancelling headset.

• A stable, high-speed internet connection (with a secondary backup preferred).

Fast-Track Promotion Path to Team Leader

The selected TL-Track Position will undergo a structured 3-phase roadmap designed to master our sales operations and step into a full Team Leader role.

Phase I: Haulla Sales Training (2–4 Weeks)

• Participation in the Haulla sales agent training program for structured onboarding into Haulla's sales systems, CRM, and internal tools.

• Haulla Sales Training is flexible, lasting between two to four weeks depending on your individual performance during training. This enables us to fast-track high performers as they master our sales systems.

• Rate: $3.00USD per hour.

Phase II: Sales Agent Probation Period (2 Months)

• Active engagement in the sales cycle as a regular agent to demonstrate performance excellence and mastery of the sales process.

• Rate: $5.00USD per hour.

Phase III: Fast-Track Opportunity of an Assistant Team Leader

• Drive the full sales cycle—from outbound lead generation to deal closing to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

• Active execution of leadership duties, including assisting the TL with floor management, team performance tracking, and agent support.

• This role serves as the Assistant Team Leader, with the opportunity to transition into a full Team Leader role upon vacancy or expansion.

• Rate: $5.00USD per hour
