Linkage Web Solutions is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager to build and lead a growing sales team in Pampanga, Philippines. You will recruit, train, and drive performance while handling end-to-end sales—from prospecting to demos, negotiations, and closing deals—with direct exposure to the CEO.

The role requires disciplined leadership, strong English communication, and hands-on experience managing telesales and lead generation. Onsite, night shift, immediate start preferred.

HIRING: ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / SALES MANAGER

About Us

Linkage Web Solutions is a VA staffing agency that helps US-based small businesses find the right virtual assistant for the job. We're expanding fast and looking for a sales leader to grow with us.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined, and confident sales leader to help us grow our sales team from 6 to 20+ people within the next 90 days. This person will work directly with our CEO and sales team to build a productive, competitive, and fun environment that develops top-notch Appointment Setters and Sales Representatives.

Your top priority will be building and leading the team: recruiting, training, and driving performance. You'll also be fully capable of handling the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to demos, negotiations, and closing deals, and will step in personally on key opportunities. This person should thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take initiative in managing day-to-day sales activities.

Compensation

• Assistant Sales Manager: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 monthly base salary;

• Sales Manager: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 monthly base salary;

• 10% commission on closed sales, paid monthly, uncapped earnings;

• Performance bonuses for hitting sales quotas;

• Additional incentives tied to team growth and performance milestones.

Final position and salary will depend on experience and demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Appointment Setters and Sales Representatives to grow the team from 6 to 20+ people within 90 days;

• Work directly with the CEO on sales strategy, hiring plans, and growth targets;

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the sales team;

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales and lead generation team members to achieve individual and team targets;

• Train team members on scripts, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques;

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, demos, negotiations, and closing deals;

• Personally handle demos and close deals, especially high-value opportunities;

• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and KPIs;

• Ensure that sales quotas, activity targets, and performance goals are consistently met;

• Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions;

• Prepare sales reports, performance tracking, and analysis of team results;

• Identify performance gaps and work with team members to improve results;

• Build a positive, competitive, and accountable sales culture through daily huddles, contests, and recognition;

• Take initiative in resolving day-to-day team and sales-related concerns;

• Implement sales strategies and processes to improve team productivity and overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Assistant Sales Manager: at least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, Senior Sales Representative, or similar role;

• Sales Manager: at least 3 years of sales experience, including managing a sales team;

• Proven experience managing a telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation team is highly preferred;

• Experience handling the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing;

• Experience recruiting and training sales staff is a strong advantage;

• Experience in sales, business development, or a BPO/sales environment is preferred;

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills;

• Firm, results-driven leadership style with high standards and strong accountability;

• Highly disciplined, with excellent attendance and reliability;

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;

• Confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative;

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;

• Results-oriented and capable of working toward sales targets and KPIs;

• Willing to work onsite, on a night shift schedule, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Onsite – Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time

• Immediate start preferred
