Job summary

Haulla is hiring a full-time remote sales specialist to drive outbound growth for its U.S.-facing waste-solutions platform. You’ll build and maintain a full sales pipeline, and conduct calls and emails to qualify and advance leads, with targets to acquire new clients. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commissions, 4-week paid training, and a schedule aligned to U.S.

hours (7 AM–3 PM PST, Mon–Fri). Weekend days are off and HubSpot experience is a plus, with strong English communication

• Experience in outbound sales.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Native-level English communication.
• CRM familiarity is a plus.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• This is a full-time remote position.

• Available to work during U.S. business hours (7 AM-3 PM PST) from Monday to Friday.

• Proven success in outbound sales.

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

• Native-level English fluency.

• Familiarity in CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
