Your Employee Offshore (Yempo) Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a midshift, work-from-home or office-based role. You’ll support enquiries, process quotes and orders, maintain CRM data, and assist with logistics.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• B2B sales administration experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office, including NetSuite/Salesforce.
• Experience processing quotations and/or sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and process them accurately.
• Support order fulfilment and logistics, ensuring shipment and customer details are accurate and issues are flagged promptly.
• Prioritize quotation requests and provide a 5-minute turnaround for standard enquiries when information is available.
• Record quotations, customer feedback, and opportunities accurately in the CRM for the sales team.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data including customer, machine, and commercial information.
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring customer, product, pricing, and delivery details are correct.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related policies.
