Job summary

Yempo Inc is offering a mid shift Sales Administrator position with the flexibility to work from home or in the office. The role includes safeguarding customer data, entering CRM visits, handling sales emails, and coordinating samples and quotes while supporting the sales team.

• Excellent organization and focus required.

• Previous experience within sales support and customer service.

• Excellent at multi-tasking and juggling priorities.
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Training and inductions will be given upon your commencement.
• Support sales team staff.
• Enter reports of customer visits onto the CRM.
• Look after and handle the sales staff emails.
• Arrange samples and quotations.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
