Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CRM, admin or e-commerce ops role.
• Hands-on Pipedrive experience with pipelines, custom fields and reporting.
• Hands-on WooCommerce store management and content updates.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable home office with stable internet and availability during Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Pipedrive CRM: deals, contacts and activities.
• Manage WooCommerce store: products, pricing, stock, orders and content.
• Provide admin and sales support: bookings, follow-ups, quotes and documentation.
• Document processes and build clear SOPs for repeatable tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest automation to improve workflows.
