Qualifications

• Advanced, fluent English — spoken and written, essential for the role.
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or outbound calling with a track record of meeting targets.
• Persuasive, consultative communication style for building trust over the phone.
• Previous experience in healthcare or telehealth, or patient-facing role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and patient privacy (training provided).
• Comfortable explaining insurance eligibility and coverage basics.
• Able to handle a high-volume outbound pipeline with resilience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Engagement — make outbound sales calls and follow-ups to prospective patients.
• Educate leads on the program, physician-led model, and GLP-1/GIP weight loss medications.
• Explain insurance eligibility basics and general coverage considerations.
• Guide leads through enrollment and schedule their initial appointment.
• Pipeline management in the CRM, tracking follow-ups and conversions.
• Meet or exceed targets for outbound calls, conversions, and appointments.
• Re-engage warm leads to answer questions and move them forward.
• Cross-Team Coordination with Prior Authorization and Concierge teams.
