Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the client’s sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Gong Engage, ensuring system health and data quality while supporting a US-based sales organization remotely from the Philippines.

You will refine pipelines, build reporting, and enable smarter decision-making through dashboards and automated processes, in a role that blends structure with hands-on tech ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM-focused role, ideally supporting a US-based team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and other sales tech platforms (e.g., Gong, Gong Engage, Apollo).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of the sales tech stack end-to-end (Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, Apollo, and others).
• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot sales platforms to minimize downtime.
• Oversee budgets for sales tools and ensure cost-effective investments.
• Ensure clean data and a clear view of performance for the sales team.
• Develop dynamic lead lists and perform data validation and hygiene.
