Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Administrator for a 100% work-from-home role that supports the sales, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams. You will manage administrative workflows, coordinate handoffs, and ensure documentation is accurate to enable the sales team to close deals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-division environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, operations coordination, or sales support roles.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department handoffs between Sales and core service divisions.
• Support new service agreements, surveys, and data collection for prospective customers.
• Coordinate job setup, pricing documentation, and rebate tracking; maintain deal records.
• Facilitate installation project handoffs; ensure complete documentation is available.
• Plan and support conference/trade show logistics and promotional material sourcing.
• Create and organize deal records in CRM and drive folders; maintain documentation.
