Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a remote position. You will execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn) and support lead generation, while preparing sales proposals to aid the sales process.

You will also create LinkedIn content, perform prospect research, and maintain accurate CRM records. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, with 5+ years of overall experience and 2–3 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of overall work experience, with 2–3 years in sales support, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and basic marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
