Responsibilities

• Design and implement email content that drives engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Create compelling subject lines, headers, and copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Build and schedule email campaigns in ActiveCampaign and set up automated journeys.
• Segment lists by demographics, behavior, and engagement to optimize targeting.
• Maintain list hygiene and oversee unsubscribes, bounces, and deliverability.
• Collaborate with content, events, CRM, and sales teams to align messaging.
