EDGE Tutor is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales and lead generation efforts from a fully remote setup. You will drive revenue growth, optimize pipelines, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals with global clients.

The ideal candidate is a confident seller, strong people manager, and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. This role offers remote work with monthly in-person NCR gatherings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus and preferred for strategic roles.
• 5–7 years in B2B sales with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales and Lead Generation teams to hit revenue goals.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure and renewals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecast with CRM.
• Develop deal strategies, negotiate, and close high-value agreements.
